First released in 1979, the Urei 1178 is essentially two Urei 1176LN Peak Limiters in a single enclosure. This is a classic vintage compressor.
It has the following features:
Independent Input & Output Gain knobs for Channel A & Channel B
Attack & Release knobs
Compression Ratio 4, 8, 12 and 20 pushbuttons
Stereo A/B toggle switch
Meter switching pushbuttons
