HI Sherri, I made the note holder yesterday. I used a Brad for the knob and a small rubber band as the cording. It turned out beautiful. There was enough room inside the holder for me to add a small ink pen. It fit great inside the box. Thank you for all of the wonderful ideas you give us. Hugs

HI Elizabeth, I used a Brad for the fastener and a small rubber band. It worked great. When opening the Brad on the back side, leave some room for the rubber band to fit. Have fun!
