If you own a fuel injected Yamaha Zuma this EFI tuner is a must. There is hidden power inside your stock scooter, tuning your scooter for performance can really wake it up. If you have performance modifications done to your Yamaha Zuma even better!
dude you have been busy. im digging all the EFI products you're rolling out
Thank you 🙏 This is over a year of work with the efi stuff. Thanks for the support.
@@RollingWrench that's what's up. Definitely looks a lot faster than tuning a carb.
Can i fit a 125 engine to the 50cc C3?
River I get you next I will be investing in this. this is freaking sweet!
I have a 2009 Zuma 125 all stock except for clutch.
Seems very cool, but honestly I'm not interested in driving around playing the trial & error game knowing nothing about EFI tuning. How about a handful of preloaded tunes, that would sell me one....
Unfortunately I don’t have preloads. It maybe best to just do without it. This is a tune it your self kind of product.
@@RollingWrench so you have to pretty much have a wideband gauge installed also to be able to use this tuner... effectively??
George R yes
Can you please make a playlist on all the upgrades for Yamaha Zuma. I have a 2017 50cc with just 11k miles on it and I would like to upgrade it soon.
This pretty much covers it all:
www.rollingwrenchdenver.com/products/stage-3-performance-kit-yamaha-zuma-50f-vino-4t-c3
Efi makes fun to tune 😊
So I bought your beast mode tuner. I have a simular setup to A.F.'s question below. I have a Two Bros with a Chimera short ram intake and a stock 125 engine. He asked for your opinion to tune without the sensor. You stated 20% across the board as a guess. In the video you put 25% at 5k for the stock Zuma. Wouldn't 20% be a low starting point then with all that extra air flow? Thanks
I am putting the beast mode tuner in my zuma 125. I've got a two bros. exhaust on it and adding a uni stage 2 pod air filter. From your prior experience can you give me a ballpark fuel number that will get me close to the right setting w/o the wide band o2 sensor. The rest of the motor is stock. Thanks
Try +20 across the board. As a guess
@@RollingWrench Andrew how did that setting workout?
I have a scooter 2012 50CC Fuel injected and it gives an error 42 (four long beeps on dash and two short). That error says. 1.
Open or short circuit in wiring harness. 2. Defective speed sensor (swapping with known good one today. 3. Malfunction in vehicle speed detected units.
Scooter starts and runs on stand but if you get it to accelerate while on it, it won't pull itself in a minute or less. Can't fine the culprit.
Swapped Fuel pump, ECU, Speed sensor, Rectifier, Carb, ignition coil, checked exhaust for clogs and buildup. checked speedometer dash. Scooter has just 3K miles and it was very clean.
Stomped Maybe someone can chime in on my channel. In the meantime. I'll keep looking. Your channel is great. Fuel pump is electric, and it's been rebuilt.
This seems like a good tuner but .... you really need to offer it with the wideband 02 setup. I've got a 158bbk with a larger injector, koso open air filter and a Two Bros Exhaust. Could I still use this even tho I have a larger injector? Also where can I find a wideband O2 sensor setup like yours? I'm interested.
Wow, the O2 sensor tool you used is $250! You can rent it for $50 for 2 weeks though.
Yes, you can use the tuner with the larger injector, as long is the plug didn’t change. I am working on an affordable wide band tool. Probably $150. I have been working on this tool for months. You will see it hit RUclips soon.
I'm really interested. If I give you my set up can you possibly preload some settings?
Chad Helvey the only way I could pre load a setting is if I had your exact set up and I hooked up a wideband o2 sensor and tuned it. So unfortunately no, I couldn’t do that. :-(
@@RollingWrench I'm probably going to purchase it next week. Are you close on a WHOLE KIT (wideband O2 sensor) or do I need to buy one?
Love your videos and your great work. I didn't see below or where we can rig up a big O2 sensor like you have. I want to do that. Will buy the stuff from you if you show me how!
The new lexmoto aura 125cc euro 5.. haa the efi would this fit my bike thnks ky uk
What is that blue dial for?
Will this work on a 2017 NCW50 Honda met? Liquid cooled fuel injection
I'm looking to upgrade my 50cc Vino. Debating between a 70 and 75cc bbk, but neither come with the head. What if I just do the bbk, tuner, gears and variator? Will my performance be severely hampered by the stock head? I was planning to port and polish the intake and exhaust ports before reinstallation...
This is the kit you need: www.rollingwrenchdenver.com/products/stage-3-performance-kit-yamaha-zuma-50f-vino-4t-c3
That’s a nice product 👍 with the right connectors could it tune all EFI scooters?
Thank You 🙏 , not all. I will slowly release videos for each model.
I wish you all the success with it. Here in the UK all scoots now need fuel injection (125cc+), no where can you find an EFI tuner for generic Chinese scoots as they are in their first year. Would be cool if you could develop an EFI tuner for these bikes 👍
I certainly can :-)
Man I want this for my 50f bad however It seems very complicated to dial in correctly
You can simply plug it in and make no adjustments, if you simple want to remove the rev limiter :-)
Hi, i have a 2016 yamaha zuma Xf50 4t and it really sounds like the ECU is limited. It will do 40miles per hour but it takes for ever to get there.
I did upgrade variator and have 8 grams rolls inside, do i need to change ECU or add this fuel tuner of yours?
I would highly recommend the beast mode tuner with rev limiter delete:
www.rollingwrenchdenver.com/products/yamaha-zuma-efi-fuel-tuner?keyword=beast%20mode
are these still around?
Does that O2 sensor plug into the intake or exhaust? Like can it be used for a carburetor?
Do u no if the 125 motor will fit on a jog 50cc
Is there a Honda c125 version ?
Is this applicable for all efi scooters like aerox nmax yamaha
Does it work with the 2018 50F?
Is the acceleration better? Top speed??
I have this kit whats the ideal setup for stock(except for the airfilter.. airfilter is from 50cc dirtbike) 2012 yamaha zuma 50f? Thanks
Nice work.
Thank for the support 🙏
Hey man I was just wondering if this tune would work on a 2018 Yamaha zuma 50fx? If it does, how much more power do you think it will make?
Yes Chance, it will!
I ordered one of these kits for 2012 bws and it has 4 plugs and a ground but no idea what the 2 plugs of the orange wire is for can anyone help me please.
Watch the install video:
ruclips.net/video/9WjInmU94II/видео.html
Do you have a full manual for this explaining in details other than the video? The video is great to know how to install it, but it doesn't really show how can people make the bike use less fuel per RPM. (Don't know much about bikes)
Do you have manual that will tell customers what numbers the need to set the RPM for economy / performance?
Food for thought.
Bro to be honest I’m a bit skeptical about installing a CDI box, I’ve a 50cc sym crox and I’ve been told by a couple of mechanics that a different CDI box can actually damage the engine. Now how true that is I don’t know 🤷🏽♂️
Any plans for CDI products for the FI Honda Zoomer (Ruckus) ?
Is a Yamaha zuma 2009 150cc a 👌 ro ride in traffic like in the city not the highway.... The speed limit its 45mph to 55pmh.... On different streets.... Im thinking about getting 1
The Zuma out of the the box is a great scooter! I recommend it!
how much of a gain would you expect on a 2018 50f?
I have the number on then listing per mod
Do you have a tuner for the 2019 Zuma 125? Having a lot of trouble finding one.
I think he said it works for all fuel injected ...
what doesit doisit just a speedchange
How can you use this if you don’t have the gauge
It’s a guessing game if you can’t measure fuel. You can do it by feel, but that’s not the correct way of course.
I have 2 of the 2012 Zuma 125’s both of them will randomly not start. You can tell the fuel pump just doesn’t run. If you keep turning the key on and off the pump will start running sometimes you have to wait a hour or so then it runs again. Wondering if it’s a relay or something?? Tried fuses no luck. Any suggestions?
A new fuel pump or maybe an electrical problem, yamaha was swapping them out free of charge on certain years, but the fuel pump has been a common problem, if you don't hear the fuel pump prime then it definitely won't start...apparently turning the ignition on and off 3 times resets the ecu! but keep me posted if you find out the issue. Good luck.
Many zuma125's had a fuel pump recall so if you call your local dealer they can run the vin and possibly replace for free
What do you think about the Zuma 125 as a platform? Thinking about a higher performing scooter after the ruckus and wondering if the Zuma 125 is the way to go?
Yess! The Zuma 125 is a incredible platform for performance! Highly highly recommend it 💪🤘🏻
Rolling Wrench should I be looking at any specific year. The new one looks good but don’t know the differences between the older model
@@RollingWrenchit looks like having an o2 sensor is a must for using the beast mode. Do you have any available?
@@fatguymaneater if you don’t want to guess ya, a wide band is important. Here is a link:

Can I install the beast mode onto my 2012 Zuma
As long as it’s the 4 stroke efi model yes
@@RollingWrench where on your website exactly can I find it

Hi. Yall are sold out of these tuners at the present time. Is it possible to sign up for an email notification when they are back in stock?
do you plan to make one for the coming 2022 Zuma with the Blue core motor?
It should work the same. I would need to test and see the connectors
I'm curious. They dont sell this anymore. But, once you get it to the setting you want, can you disconnect the whole tuner and the settings stay the same or will that tuner always need to be connect to get those settings?
We do still sell these. We are out of stock currently. You will need to leave the tuner installed for it to function.
does it work on yamahma zuma 2010?
Yes
Does that work in other 125cc motorcycles?
I listen, and read about conflicting information about tuners? From the factory vehicles are tuned based on the design of the intake, including the airflow through a clean oem air filter, and exhaust to it's greatest potential. I can understand when one buys aftermarket hardware, but then that's not a guarantee of optimal air/fuel ratio?
From the factory the tune is perfectly set to run at emission friendly levels. Unfortunately this isn’t the best for performance. This tuner gives you the ability to change that. This tuner doesn’t change the factory tune, just tricks it.
I am about to purchase a used one how I tune it on my ,2011 Yamaha Zuma 125
The old style didn’t have rev limiter delete. We just started doing that at the time of this video. Just a heads up. To tune your Zuma use this
www.rollingwrenchdenver.com/products/wide-band-o2-sensor-tuning-kit
would this work with a Yamaha Cygnus 125?, same engine I believe
what year is ur bike
Will it work for a 49cc 2007 Yamaha gear I can’t find any info in English about it and the internet is scarce with any info on them it was a South American scooter gifted to me
If it’s the fuel injected model. Yes
Any chance you get one of those for PCX?
Will this work on a C3?
Do y'all have a phone number that you can be reached at I have a 2018 Yamaha Zuma FX 50cc with a big bore kit before I done anything to it just messing with the weights in the spring I was running 45 miles an hour to 50
Did you remove stock sensor and screw in your Wideband to tune? Can you elaborate on that for me. I’m very interested in it.
As far as the wide band. Check this video out: ruclips.net/video/rXmZIxfchaE/видео.html
Will this work on 2018 zuma 50fx 4t? All stock engine?
Yes 💯
@@RollingWrench ok great thanks so much.. cant wait tontry this.. btw my engine is all stock except for air filter i removed the stock airfilter and put an aftermarket filter(uni air filter)
@@RollingWrench also btw this will work on other models like the yamaha mio 125cc? Coz ive been try to buy this and see if what this will do on that scooter..thanks
Jerome Flores I haven’t tested it on the Mio. If it has the same engine as the Zuma it should work.
Ok great ill do a little research about whats under the mio 125.. btw that mio is only available on asian and philippine market only.. thank you! 😊 r.s
planning to buy one. Will this work on the zuma 2019 50cc model?
Yes
thanks for quick response.Would you recmmend buying this upgrade first vs the malossi force master 2? thanks again
Joey Ancheta it has more functionality than the malossi. You can add more fuel fuel and it’s more precise
@@RollingWrench Oh ok. But I noticed that the malossi has unrestricted cdi. Is there a separate cdi from your store that i could buy if I want a higher rpm(im not even sure if the zuma 50 has restricted cdi lol). Would you recommend buying one(cdi)? I only plan to max out the potential my 49cc. No plans on getting bigbore hence i dont want the hussle of acquiring a motor cycle license 🤣😆.
Joey Ancheta if it has rev limiter restrictions on the malossi, go with the malossi for sure
Hiya i would like to purchase one of your beastmode efi tuners do you ship to uk?
You can purchase one from scooter tuning in Canada. They ship internationally and carry our products
@@RollingWrench that's super, i will have a look. thank you for the speedy reply 😊🙏
Is this also suitable for DAELIM B BONE 125?
Maybe? We don’t have those around hereto test
Hi is this work for 2019 Yamaha BWs 50cc?still breakin in the engine though, Pls reply thnks , I would like to get one
Yes that’s work well
Are you planning to restock the fuel tuner?
Yes, definitely. The next batch will have the rev limiter removal option :-)
Do you mind if I ask you what's the life expectancy mileage wise on a 50cc TaoTao? I'm at 7000 now what do you think?
I had the summer with 14000 before I sold it. add a wiring problem that would cause the CDI to burn out after a while I got it and it didn't run so I'm guessing that's why it was sold to me.
@@m103904 I guess I need to start looking around for a new one b4 10000 TY. Be safe out there.
A fresh top end @ 10k with a new cam would be a smart move. The bottom end can go on for a lot longer depending how you service/ride it.
Do this also work on a yamaha neos 50cc? We have 1 and it runs like shit... here they can ride 45km legal but it runs like 38km real km... if you can message me if this work on a yamaha neos it will be nice. Greats from the netherlands
I’m not sure, we don’t have that model
@@RollingWrench it is the same engine so far i can see as the zuma
Nice! I would buy this but I dont have a yamaha
What scooter do you have?
please make one for the aerox 4 stroke and please ship to sweden :). for some reason the country where mopeds are not a cult classic vehicle is the country with the best tuning parts :(
Wowie zowie. Neato
25 bucks cheaper than the EJK retail ! Analog numbers or is that the camera ? Kitco might have one yours looks cool . A-Racer Speed Tek is nice looks like yours is a nice lower cost alternative..
EJK can only go up on fuel, ours can tune more or less fuel. You also can’t tune the start ups (500rpm), you can with the Beast mode :-). Not to mention you can save 2 full maps in our controller. It’s cheaper, aaaannndd you support the little guys.
Please in box me when you get a chance i need yiu help with (wiring x gauge to my 2012 125 zume
You make this thing sound idiot proof, which in my case, well, you know. GREAT JOB! By the way, you sound like you'd make an excellent school teacher.
😛🙏🏻💯
These a reason why.. manufacturers...set fuel mixers.
So your bike will last.
There’s a reason no one likes people like you
if your this good at electronics you should build a small dyno for your videos.
I thought about that, but the only purpose it would serve is to show horsepower. It’s not worth all the space.
@@RollingWrench should be able to make it pretty compact. Would also serve you for tuning as well as HP and torque numbers.
Bigger injector
A bigger injector wouldn’t accomplish anything. Unless you tapped out the original injector
This was the most vague useless video I have seen in awhile. How about you explain it instead of just trying to sell it. Where do you get the O2 Sensor gauge? How does it install. Is it needed to tune? What do those numbers mean?
Oh boy! Here ya go dude. ruclips.net/video/rXmZIxfchaE/видео.html
James Grow's I kind of agree! Having Zuma 125 that has a tac! I almost bought this! Glad I read the comments it would’ve cost me a lot more! To find the O2 sensor gauge that seems to be pretty needed! Hoping I could just buy this product! End it would be plug-and-play! But now I have to spend even more money to find out two sensor gauge! They should sell combo pack around 240 dolla
So I have this fuel tuner and I hit my rev limiter at 59 mph. My question is what is the little blue dial on the controller. It goes from 1-9 clockwise. Is it a rev limiter remover?
I just ordered this fuel tuner and haven't received it in the mail yet, did it increase your maximum rev limiter rpm at all??? Thanks
I'm interested to know this too! What does it change? Do you have an instructions manual? I didnt realize the numbers had to do with percent until I watched this video. Thanks!
Is the Zuma 50f ECU also blue? I looked under my Zuma and couldn’t see it. Just black electrical plugs and wasn’t as spacious as the 125
Yes, it’s on the right side of the scoot, you have to pull the trunk out. (4 bolts under the seat) it sits along the frame rail. Same goes with the Yamaha C3
Rolling Wrench Okay sweet. I have a polini BBK and polini Performance Air Filter in mine and it’s been idling low and stalling when I come to a stop some times. I’ll have to buy one of these tuners from you guys. Thanks for the helpful how to videos.
This will definitely help with tuning :-) thanks for the support 🙏
What kind d of gas should we use I. A stock zuma 125??
