We're going to anyway." for anyone worried about that sort of thing, have a little faith 💖
With that quote alone I know its worth watching. We shouldn't be so afraid of having a laugh at the absurdity of the world even if its our reality. Sometimes the world is worth laughing at. I bet this will be a classic just like the OG *especially* if it has a great OST.

I'm sure trigger is over the moon to have revived this show. From what I recall; when Gainax was taken over by a bad(money greedy) management- they put almost all the IP's into indefinite development hell. Then when a CEO arrest controversy forced Gainax to dissolve- THAT was when Trigger and a few companies jumped at the chance to reclaim those IP's. This season two of panty stocking is probably something that they wanted for a LOOONG time.... and i'm so happy that Gainax's IP's have been freed from the previous corrupt CEO's grasp. It's a celebration in the making.

Trigger bought the rights from Gainax. IIRC a good chunk of the staff that worked on PSG originally were the ones that left to form Studio Trigger, so it'll be continued by mostly the same people that started it!

I really cannot believe this video is real because I watched Panty and Stocking back in, I believe 2010s when it first came out and been waiting. I actually found this video because I was recommending the show today to a friend and was showing them clips and pictures from the show since they never seen or heard of it.
