Mosaic Law was in place when Jesus was chastising the Pharisees who were piously adhering the least of the ceremonial (temporal) ordinance of tithing that Jesus referred to as less than (eternal) moral matters. Those ordinances are now obsolete under the New Covenant. There's no such thing as a biblical tithe received from earned wages, not New Testament or Old. God isn't a mob boss or a slot machine.
