Zookeeper here - this mom is withholding access to water for the poor monkey. He is not anorexic BUT wrinkled like a prune due to dehydration. I have given up all hopes in making this mom to comprehend the basic but necessity of 24/7 access to water, like humans and pets. Even our animals in zoos and sanctuaries have access to water.
Baby needs more fruits, more fruit, and calcium supplements. I know you are trying and you have never raised a monkey, but he really needs fruit!! The way I'm seeing this program and being so familiar with the pigtail monkey this monkey is much older than just a newborn baby it's under fed and malnourished at one time of the monkey opened its mouth and you can see that it has all of its teeth they're all there and she's not feeding it soft foods and fruits h. May i make a suggestion ?. I would train her to eat in the kitchen. Not eating in the living room where play time happens. Feeding always where you normally do could lessen confusion especially as she gets older.

She is quite thin, but I think she will be ok. This lady is learning and hopefully will find foods the monkey likes. Things like steamed and mashed sweet potatoes or other veggies and soft tofu cooked in tomatoes. There is another channel, Monkey Bibi, and they prepare lots of delicious foods for their monkey! Hopefully she will look to other monkey parents for advice.

I don’t know how often you watch but she does feed her other foods I’ve seen her feed Lucky bananas, apples, strawberries and rice she drinks water of course she drinks milk but like I always say we are only seeing a very small part of Lucky’s day so we really don’t know what else she feeds Lucky so people making all these rude comments needs to stop because we don’t know by just seeing a 30 minute video about Lucky’s day when there are 23 1/2 hours we don’t see.
