He says he's scared if he allows the change he will somehow miss out on his parenting time, that he wouldn't get them back. But in this instance he'd have them the FIRST half of the holiday. So what's he upset about?

Hey Hey Gavel Gal, you make solid points. Playing devil's advocate here, maybe since he already made plans based on the court order from a few months ago, changing things now is frustrating. Given the history, sticking to the court order keeps things clear and avoids confusion. With some reassurance and clear communication, he might feel better about the arrangement. What are your thoughts? -Silent ♥ ⚖ 🗽"

Hey Hey Gavel Gang! Should he have let her modify the agreement and take the kids for Christmas? Do you really think he gets the kids for Christmas, and she just gets the rest of the time? Seems suspect. Let's hear your thoughts! ⚖ ⚖ 🎅 🎅 ♥ ♥

I hate that parents can’t get along. It’s crazy how parents can love one another so much, and then hate each other so much, they can’t even communicate for the sake of their children.

Hey Gavel Gal (@jenncgma), I really wish more people could co-parent a bit easier with each other. It truly takes a village, and with some support and time, they can do better for their little ones. Thanks for the chat! - Silent ♥ ⚖ 🗽
