那請問 優纖素呢 睡前也可喝嗎
葡安素和這個兩者 一整天要怎麼搭配喝
以我的認知
優纖素：主要是有較多的優質蛋白，餐前喝能增加飽足感，讓正餐能吃少一點
葡安素：因較不甜，且能穩定血糖，故糖尿病患者也能喝，我也因為不愛甜，所以我選葡安素，還有添加膳食纖維可以幫助排便，葡安素也能增加代謝，對減重是很有幫助，長輩們也很需要代謝，因為隨著年紀的增長，代謝會逐年下降
您是兩種都有入手了嗎？如果還沒，我覺得可以依自己喜好，購買其中一種
如果有宵夜的習慣，可以當早餐跟宵夜喝
如果沒有宵夜的習慣，可以當早餐，跟晚餐前喝
