Flexibility is a huge plus in homeschooling! We have never been the "traditional" at the table at 8 to do school, in fact most times we don't start school till 10 or 11. For my son, we did Christian Light Education for math, lang. arts, and reading. It is set up very much like ACE - most subjects have 10 workbooks (light units) per grade level. He loves it! He has never liked a lot of fluff and CLE is very open & go, to the point, teaches to the student but at the same time so thorough and gives such a solid foundation. Then for science and social studies, I have used different curriculum with different styles over the years to switch things up from workbook style. My son is thriving now in 8th grade.
Easton has wonderful handwriting! I home school my 2nd, 5th and 9th graders. My 2nd grader uses mostly Abeka, 5th grader used The Good and the Beautiful language arts and we started with their Math 5 but it just didn’t click. So we tried Teaching Textbooks. Mama isn’t a fan. I feel like they need pencil to paper and actually work the problems out. So for now we’re mixing and matching. The beauty of homeschooling! I am going to check out the math program you are using! My poor girl has such anxiety when it comes to math. She will literally make herself sick with nerves. 😢 Wishing you all a Merry Christmas!! God Bless!!
Tiffany So many people are sick please sweetie please remember to take care of yourself Especially your new baby boy now Merry Christmas and Happy New year 🎅🎄🤶🎆🎈🎆🎈🙏🏻✝️☮️🌹🌷💜💙💗💕♥️❤️🙏🏻

My twins did ACE in their first school and they would tell me about this character who I thought they were calling Puh Jameekway. I thought it was an Indian student. The character's name was Pudge Meekway. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I felt like a total moron.
Hey, love this We use Christian light its like ACE it has light units vs paces but same concept but its sprial vs mastory so if you find he neeeds more review maybe try Christian light but just a though for you love that you see he needed something different and found what works. One of the best parts of HS is finding what workds and blessing to you love watching your vlogs.
I’ve mentioned before in a private message but if you keep using BJU for Huddy please let me know. I will happily send you my level 2 and 3 for next year.
I'm not sure what age or grade level you would be using, but I have found that the lower elementary English, Reading and Phonics helped my child tremendously!
Tiffany if you happen to see this I sent you a message on instagram. I want to know if you could use the shoes I bought for my grandson. I purchased the wrong size and they won’t take them back or exchange them.

I remember in school our teachers would do the even/odd numbers when doing book work. I loved that because book work was always so boring to me.
Easton and Huddy are both doing brilliantly with home schooling. Have a wonderful weekend 💞
Thank you and I know that you are a good teacher!😊❤🦶
Ms.Ruby
Easton’s handwriting is beautiful better than most adults ❤
I was thinking the same thing! ❤

Is Easton still liking ACE? It's one I've been thinking about for next year 🤔
He loves it! It fits him really well!
How do you get your son to learn his spelling words ? I have twins and one struggles with spelling .
Does the homeschool stuff that you use have stuff for a child who has a speech and communication problem?

@@OurSmallTownLife he's in pre-k 3 for 3 year olds.
