As a person that has tried the dances, I think Wannabe (except the shoulder dance, which took a while) just 'look' hard. They require a lot of energy and precision. I found Not Shy more difficult than Wannabe. It requires lots of isolation and grooves to make it look as relaxed as itzy made out to be.

I've been practicing these dances and wannabe took 12 days and loco took 6 days,at that time I literally felt like someone that is overweight sat on my back and my legs started shaking
My opinion based on my experience learning Itzy's dances: Mafia In The Morning : requires a lot of detail with sharpness and attention not to add to much energy but don't put less energy since it might look awkward. Loco : quite easy just need a lot energy. the only "hard" part is the dance break tbh. Not Shy : relatively easy for me, had no difficulties learning it and i actually learned it pretty fast Wannabe : requires lots and lots of energy also flexibility, and don't break your shoulder while doing the shoulder dance 😂 Want It : energy is the main focus of the choreo, since the vibe is kind of poppy. sharpness and flexibility is an extra too for this one.
I remember we performed loco in the k pop fest as an interschool competition and we got 2nd position (but we skipped the 2nd chorus) *1st was next level by aespa*

For Loco, wannabe & want it I'd say the dance breaks are only hard but for not shy and mitm the whole choreography is soo freaking hard, so my list would be 1. Mitm 2. Not shy 3. Want it 4. Loco 5. Wannabe
The only tough parts in wannabe are the first verse and the dance break so I don't think it's it's tough overall. The rest of the dance is pretty easy.
I just learned the whole Loco and Mafia in the morning dance. It took me a few tries with mafia in the morning but Loco took me about an hour or two. It's really hard. Itzy is so talented they are amazing dancers and everything. 😄❤️
As a dancer myself when i tried itzy choreography it was very tiring and most of the dances are pretty hard. The most tiring ones where probably not shy and Loco. MITM was in between because of the body movement was pretty easy it was just getting the armography.
I learned all of those except the last one and I can say wannabe def my favorite to do, hardest if say for me personally it was loco, that turning around on the floor move KILLS my knees even with knee pads on

I learned loco about a month ago and tbh it was easy I memorized everything on point in just 2h just put ur mind into smthng u rlly wanna do you'll accomplish it trust me
want it and loco are hands down the hardest, loco takes so much stamina to get through that they didn’t even do the dance break at a lot of live performances. Crazy difficult to have to do consistently
Not shy is easy to learn but hard to execute. I see comments saying it took them very few days to learn the choreo but anyone can memorize or learn the steps but not everyone can execute it well. Plus not shy needs lot of stamina and it will let you lose weight.
For me, When I learned Itzy's choreos.. the easiest for me is wannabe and I agree that Not Shy is difficult because it needs a lot of energy to do the steps.

My opinion based on my experience learning Itzy's dances:
Mafia In The Morning : requires a lot of detail with sharpness and attention not to add to much energy but don't put less energy since it might look awkward.
Loco : quite easy just need a lot energy. the only "hard" part is the dance break tbh.
Not Shy : relatively easy for me, had no difficulties learning it and i actually learned it pretty fast
Wannabe : requires lots and lots of energy also flexibility, and don't break your shoulder while doing the shoulder dance 😂
Want It : energy is the main focus of the choreo, since the vibe is kind of poppy. sharpness and flexibility is an extra too for this one.

I do Itzy dances when I feel i need to do some exercise. I'm skinny but with this kinda routine helps me with my muscles building.

i’ve learned most of these dances (full choreo) and personally, i think mitm is the hardest, followed by loco and then wannabe.
As a dancer myself when i tried itzy choreography it was very tiring and most of the dances are pretty hard. The most tiring ones where probably not shy and Loco. MITM was in between because of the body movement was pretty easy it was just getting the armography.

The dancebreaks are really hard but the entire choreo is even harder
Wannabe is a fast paced one with no rests in between, you will need a huge amount of stamina and endurance to pull it off well.
I think itzy just wanted a lite fun concept with easier routines...why is that so hard for their fandom too accept jeeze they work their butts off.
