Barney Fife did the right thing he was doing his job rules are made for a reason this episode is also funny when Barney and Mayor Stoner get drunk from the spiked spring water LOL LOL LOL .
My daddy and I was in my bedroom one night talking about what happened in the episode of the Andy Griffith show Barney and the governor and we layed on my bed laughing for at least 30 minutes what I would give to do it again
