    This aloo gobi sabji looks so delicious. It’s perfect to serve with rotis . I like the addition of the garam masala . I will try this very next time. We enjoy it with kadhi and chaval

    Aloo Gobi is always a hit for lunchtime in winters. Even I prefer fried Gobi instead of wet sabji

    I will try making aloo Gobhi by frying the gobhi. I normally blanch and make it..thanks for the tip.

    Just made it today for lunch. We too fry and make it. We make it in tomatoes without the onions

    Blanching takes away the flautesence and bloating effects from gobhi. I smear the kadai with very little oil and sautee the gobhi in it. Works fine.

    I always include the stem part. Very meaty and juicy

      Yes, but in Mumbai I have never found a keeda inside the gobhi. In South India we really used to avoid having it because of this and the only way to clean it from inside is blanching.

    A different way for me to prepare aloo gobhi sabzi. I usually don't deep fry the veggies or add onion garlic. Quite bored with the style I make the sabzi. Next aloo gobhi is going to be your style.
