    I love the idea of this channel so much. It's so fascinating and eerie, and gives us some indication of how lucky we are to be on Earth. It also makes me sad to see how we misuse and abuse our wonderful and unique home, wage wars, mistreat other people, animals and nature. But I want to hope that humanity will rise above that one day and go exploring the universe.

      i agree..ppl take this lovely place for granted and life itself. there is but 1 ticket to explore the
      universe. the same ticket that was paid for by the Lord Jesus. garnered by our faith & God's grace.
      & as bible prophecy has never missed..that is a fair enough springboard to step fwd..to choose
      Heaven over Hell. we'll be able to do just as depicted in these fine videos..and more..being immortal.

      I think they're exploring universe but only reason they're doing that is being able to seize other planets and their material resources. Just like earth they want to consume one planet then jump on other planet. Also I think there are much more knowledge about universe & science that they don't share with public, most people wouldn't understand anyway. They created a system with tons of ordinary people who don't like to think about serious matters cause they're better puppets when they don't think. And if they won't learn to use their brains they'll stay that way forever...

      @@durshurrikun150Supercritical basically means a hybrid between gas and liquid, or rather a state in which gas and liquid smoothly transition from one to the other, with a gradient between them instead of a solid divide like between Earth's ocean and its atmosphere. But I'm pretty sure that outside the margin the gradient is in, liquid and gas are more well-defined.

    • @durshurrikun150
      @durshurrikun150 7 месяцев назад

      @@WinVistenYes and it's a different state of matter to both liquid and gas.
      Supercritical fluids have the properties of both gases and liquids.
      Yes, inside Neptunian and Jovian planets the atmosphere gradually transitions between the supercritical fluids that make up the mantle and the gaseous atmosphere, although on Neptunian planets, the composition of atmosphere and mantle are different and so the deeper you go inside them the concentration of ices increases.
      "liquid and gas are more well-defined"
      This happens only on terrestrial planets that have liquids on their surfaces such as Earth,you see a sharp separation between the oceans and the atmosphere.
      This also occurs on ocean planets ( there are no oceans planets in the solar system), which are either terrestrial planets completely covered in oceans or icy planets that migrated inwards to such a degree that the ice on their surfaces melted, so they have oceand that are hundreds of km deep and infact the uppermost part of the mantle is made of solid ice under extreme pressure.
      However if an ocean planet is hot enough and the liquids become supercritical, then you also lose any definite boundary between atmosphere and ocean.
      These planets are intermediates between terrestrial planets and neptunian planets, just like mini-neptunes (gas dwarves) and hycean planets( if they exist).
      However, the Venera landers landed on Venus and Venus is covered in supercritical CO2 and N2 and you can pretty much see the sky from Venus' surface, so the supercritical fluids won't appear like an ocean of liquid as depicted in the video

    There are two in accuracies that I think are worth noting, both are in regards to the colours used to represent Neptune. For one, Neptune's colour is a bit too saturated in this video. It's true colour is actually very similar to Uranus, more like a light teal than the sky blue we see in most pictures (which are edited to make surface features more apparent). Also, by the time the falling astronaut reached the liquid mantle layer, the colours we should be seeing are a deep red, due to the black body radiation from the high temperatures. The colour should transition from red to orange to yellow to white as we get closer to the core.
