Ingredients:
For Kofta Mixture :
500grm minced
1 large sized onion
4 green chillies
1 cup coriander
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
kofta special masala
2 tsp fresh malai
1½ tsp turmeric powder
For Special Kofta Masala :
4-5 dry red chillies
2 black cardamom
3-4 cinnamon stick
1½ tsp peppercorns
10-12 cloves
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp melon seeds
4 tbsp roasted chickpeas
For Gravy:
1/2 cup oil
3 medium sized onion add a tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 medium sized tomato puree
1 tsp salt
1½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1½ tsp coriander powder
1½ tsp cumin powder
1½ tsp garam masala
1½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
4 tbsp curd
2-3 tbsp fresh cream/malai
3 green chillies
water for adjusting the consistency and chopped coriander for garnishing
