A tip from the sewing world. When you want to line things up, fold the mask sheet over to find the middle point. Don't crease it, just snip the top of the fold off with scissors so when you unfold it, you have a tiny V or triangle cut into the mask. It will help you align each mask with each other.
I have a cricut and I think that cut better too … I really like how you showed when the weeding wasn’t going right … I always wonder what am I doing wrong when that happens to me … most videos show everything is always perfect … you show Real life trials and errors … I love your videos ❤ Thank you so much 😊
That's one of the many reasons why i subscribed to K's channel. She gives it to you raw and uncut. K recently did a TKO silicone heat transfer review and the transfers weren't adhering to the hat initially. She showed it all. From the initial fail to the troubleshooting/trial & error process and eventually K got the transfers to adhere completely. I appreciate it a lot that she shows it all. It gives me motivation to experiment and less anxiety about thinking, "what if it doesn't work right the first time around? "
With the Cricut, I first cut it on Medium cardstock heavy and did default, didn't work. It cut too deep. I then tried Everyday iron on default pressure and it worked.😁
I have to agree with you, Juliet did disappoint with the cutting out difficulty. I honestly thought it would do better. Looking forward to your machine comparison video ❤❤❤ Thank you for always sharing and being real!!! Love it.
I have a Cricut Maker, a Silhouette Cameo 3 and a Siser Romeo. I love them and use them all. I also have a Brother ScanNCut SDX125. Thank you for all your videos.
@@HiLeFavored yeah each one I like for different reason. It’s not one favorite for me. If I could combine features from both of these machines then it would be my fav
I like cricut as well I am working towards only the heat press. The cricut new cutter. I am upgrading and I can’t wait. I love your videos because you gives us insights on what to look for and how we can used and learned the machine. Your videos and the way you teach is so hands on and very detail through. You give good reviews and honest reviews
It’s hard to see everything right away sometimes because you’re filming. It was right in my face too. Lol. And those letters were a weird font. Thankfully I caught it. lol
You do good work! I don't even try to film. It's hard enough without filming. I double/triple check only to see the mistake after pressing. Then I say how in the world did I miss that? Help me Lord!
I just cut a lot of brick with the Romeo and the 60 blade...you may need to set your blade a tiny bit more out. I used the standard settings that came with my Romeo and it cut perfectly. Unfortunately we have to set the blade depth. But I also cut a ton of strip flock. Also cut perfectly.. Test cut and Don't forget the blade needs to be set correctly
Love the video! I forgot that I had some Siser Brick. I have a Siser Juliet, Cricut Maker, and Cricut Venture. I love all my machines but I fill like the Siser Juliet has a lot of guessing and testing. I had to buy an additional blade housing so I wouldn’t have to keep swapping out my blades. But I love it though. The juliet and Makes have kinda been put on the side line for the Venture though lol 😂
Hi Katrina, really appreciate your content! I would love some advise, I have a Cricut Air and am looking at replacing, I am looking at the Venture, but curious your opinion on all the machines you have.
when switching the blade, you turned the gold ring for retracting, but isnt it for locking up the whole thing to stay in one place? and also I can see you uploded video "Unboxing and 1st Cuts with The Juliet" about 2 years ago, and this video is from a year ago. How come it is the first time you ever cut with Juliet?
Thanks, Cricut appeared to cut better. I guess it depends on what your cutting and speed seem to be the difference Between the too. I am always going to love my Cricut, but the Juliette is cool also. Will you be trying the new Cameo? Looks cool.
I saw a video, the person took the blade and held it to the vinyl layer to see if the blade was out far enough. Since it wasn't, she loosen it and to lower the blade some more. Maybe that have to be done with this brink vinyl?
Cameo is the loudest, but the Juliet was definitely louder than the Cricut. I most definitely love that the Cricut cut it better, which is another reason why I’m not switching over to a Juliet, I don’t think it’s worth it. But as always, I love your reviews.
Ok thanks...I use Stahls silicone dye block vinyl which feels great but I just move from Michigan so they are no longer right around the corner when I need something. Looking for options since I need to have vinyl shipped.
@@katrinasgracefulcreations3711 Hey there, you have been doing some incredible work and I’ve been following you for a while now. I am Legally Blind and have been crafting for just about 2 years now. I would love to chat with someone who actually knows what their doing😂 I’m self taught via RUclips and just or acting things on my own. Seems like the Cricut machine still won as you don't need to change the blade or fiddle around with pressure settings as much. Cricut is more user friendly imo and more reliable.

Katrina I’m trying to find someone that does gang sheets for hats and shirts can you lead me to the right direction please. Thanks a lot
I see it
With the Cricut, I first cut it on Medium cardstock heavy and did default, didn't work. It cut too deep. I then tried Everyday iron on default pressure and it worked.😁
Thanks for all the details and tips about the blades.
I love using brick and flock.
Yes I love flock too even better
I love both, still struggle with puff!
I love your videos… I absolutely love your personality… I love my Cricut better than anything
Thank you so much truly appreciate it
I'm really liking the brick vinyl. I"m going to have to try it.
It’s great you really should

Hey Katrina happy Friday and here watching. I like to watch a battle between two cutters. Just like Patrice did.
Yeah I have done a battle on mug press vs sublimation oven. Never cutting machines. I will though cutting all the same things
Both of the cutters are the good. But cricut did the best. I like both of your designs and thanks for sharing.
Thank you! 😊
Girl, here we go again, Lol! I was sayin' the L is missing, fix the L before you press it, as if you could hear me. You caught it though. Good job!

How far out does the blade need to be? I have mine set a credit card thickness out. But like the video its hard to weed smaller font
Have a Romeo thanks to Delonda but having a problem understanding it.
I know she doesn’t videos on it every Wednesday I believe
With Brick or other thick materials.... I use double cut function on the cricut.
Great video!! do the comparison video. I was just looking at adding a new one and deciding between another Cricut or adding something new...
I will for sure

I will next video
I like the font you used
Oh…you forgot the letter L.
I’m about to try that cut setting.
Thxs.

You can layer it do it all the time
Thanks for sharing the vinyl is 🔥 as always great video and ENERGY 😊
Thank you 😊 🙏🏽
I love your videos! I would love to see you do a video comparing all your machines! & seeing which one cuts the best.
I definitely will. I need to get the new cameo too
I bought the Loklik during the Kickstarter. I haven't used it. Maybe you can get HTVRONT to comp you one for an honest review.😂
Great video perfect explanation thank you, Q, which letter type and size you used for "PROVERBS 31:25" ? Thanks :)
Hey Katrina, what font did you use on that fearless design? Looks great!

If your cameo is loud, you're not simplifying the cutting nodes. The juliet might cut better if you slow the speed down. That's what I do on my cam3.
Thank you for sharing.
Thanks, Cricut appeared to cut better. I guess it depends on what your cutting and speed seem to be the difference Between the too. I am always going to love my Cricut, but the Juliette is cool also. Will you be trying the new Cameo? Looks cool.
I won’t be buying a cameo if it’s given to me sure. I would love to try it.
What Font type was used for the "Less Fear" Thanks

Go cricut! ❤️
I think the Juliette is louder.
Good video thanks looks good ❤
You’re welcome
Nice 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Does the Juliette come with its own mat?
yes but mines is worn out I have the full unboxing
With Crichton you didn't have to change blades and so forth - Yay Cricut!
I think Cricut cut better.
Cricut better.
Is brick thicker than silicone?
I don’t know if there is a silicone vinyl but compared to the silicone transfer I pressed the other day it’s about the same.
Ok thanks...I use Stahls silicone dye block vinyl which feels great but I just move from Michigan so they are no longer right around the corner when I need something. Looking for options since I need to have vinyl shipped.
Would Love compare with Cricut maker, the new cameo5, curio2. But if you don’t have the new cameo5 or curio2 don’t buy em just to compare them
I’m definitely trying to get my hands on one. We shall see
😊😊😊
I think the cricut cut better.
Amazon has a similiar ruler for $20.
Do they call it a T shape ruler and does it slide like that one does? I’ll have to look it up I noticed I’m not placing straight all the time. Thx
I got mine from Amazon.
May I ask what camera yo use?
Sony mirrorless it’s linked in my Amazon store under equipment
