I have a 17cm wrist, and I think I will go with the S version since I want to wear it 24/7, which I believe it will be more confortable and less noticeable. Good video, thanks!
Also, the battery preformance is better on the 265s do to smaller screen. I chose the 265s because I want to use the watch every day. Another factor for me is that we have cold days most of the year so it needs to fit under a sweater when i run. The 265s is perfect for my purpose.
Great video, helped me decide. My wrist is on the smaller size and I currently have a Vivoactive 3 which is 43.4mm so probably going down to 42 won't be a big difference. On the other hand going up to 46mm will be a considerable one. Thanks!
Hi I have a 16cm wrist also how is it in your daily use is it comfortable cause I want to buy it I can only order it online I would like to hear your opinion
@@xsantex9843 hey, I have a small wrist and went for the bigger size b/c it is just better to look at. I sleep with it and I forget I have it. I take light weight too.
I really wanted to thank you, this is exactly the video i was searching for my final choice and : the biggest is not the greatest ! 😂 Hello from France 🎉❤
Best thing is to go to a store and try. I have a 16cm wrist, was convinced to go with the 42mn but when I tried, 42mm is too small… great for everyday watch if you want to use the watch as a smart watch (but why get a Garmin for that use???). If you get a Garmin for sport and fitness which is what this watch is for, 42mm becomes harder to read when cycling or swimming. Anyway, great video but best to try in a store and find it for yourself.
@@TheProductRevieweryes brother that's why please mention lug to lug length in review of watches with it's dial size. I hope you will consider my request.
Small ones looks a bit girly, but I think it is much less obstructive in daily life. I can wear it to bed and it doesn’t bother me. Don’t forget Garmins are very THICK watches so the bigger it gets - the bigger overall size on your wrist. So, it’s not just the LOOKS
I will purchase both sizes from Garmin and just return the one I do not like. Otherwise its hard to decide. And if you do not try on both sizes, youll never really know what's best for you. Although, your video was great! I have been looking for black friday sales for these watches, but so far there are none(a few days before Thanksgiving).
Hi. I have a new Garmin Forerunner 265, and despite turning off the screen activation with the hand movement ("gesture" in the general use options), it keeps turning on. I've tried turning it off and on several times, but after a while it keeps doing it. What can I do? Thank you!

Fenix 7s ss is best size, 42mm with 20mm lug with. They crippeled 265s with 18mm lug with.
The price is best too.😊

Crazy to see that a VO2Max of 45 is still in the yellow area :D goes to show how unfit I really am with my 40

Excellent!! I have a 18cm wrist... do you recommend the S? thanks
so which you get?
And which one did u get
I got the normal size 46mm and it’s perfect for me
Hi! I am from Brazil and I have 14cm wrist, your video help me. But I'd like the black/gray color 😅
So the 46mm doesn't allow 20mm strap?
No, but you can get a 22mm strap at lug that tapers a bit. There are some that look great.

Good video. Thank you.
You welcome glad I could help 🙏
Oh no, what do I do with my 7inch wrist? I feel like 265S will probably be better but I don’t like colors that much
Its just a recommendation. You can try one on and if it doesnt bother you, just keep it.
Excellent bro👍🏼👍🏼
Thanks
Can the 265s straps be changed for longer ones?

Did he state his wrist size?
i have a 15cm wrist and small hand, do you suggest the small size ?
Same as mine, so I got myself the S version.. I wear it for sleeping so I need a lighter watch 😅
Yes I would go with the smaller one 👍
So what your wrist size ?? 19cm or 17 cm
19cm
@@TheProductReviewer my wrist is around 17.5 to 18.3cm . Which one you recommend me to get ?
Does the (watch size 42m 265S ) fit on 22mm yellow bracelets?
Not that I know of.
I have a forerunner 245 music, is the 265s bigger or smaller than that?
A tad bit smaller. The 265s is 42mm, whereas the 245 is 42.3mm.
Hi! I have a 16cm for my wrist. Which one the perfect size for my wrist? Thanks
I am not sure but I would rather take the smaller one in that case
Hi, where are the links?
I added them in the description :)
I went with the S...wrist is 6.75 inches
"Size Comparison on Wrist" is promised. I'm seeing over 5 minutes of full screen yacking to the camera and not a lot of video of the two watches. 😕
