I took some great nuggets from the call: 1. Pace is building rapport by explaining the tax benefits. He show that he is a pro and knows what he is doing. 2. Finding time line and motivation as part of the conversation. 3. "What if I owe my title company?" - more rapport. 4. The rapport never ends, even after the condition for the deal are close, Pace is building rapport by talking to the agent about her son. Will the agent son ends up working with Pace? probably not but the rapport is built and the agent will remember Pace. 5. Pace is tips to the agent on how to become more successful.
