- The Galaxy S24 Ultra has the best battery life of any phone I’ve tested recently. But how does it compare with the iPhone 15 Pro?
In my battery test, Avengers is played back on a loop until the phone runs out of battery. The screen is set to full brightness, and phones are on airplane mode, with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth off. All tests are filmed with new phones that have full battery health.

The battery on my 24 ultra is insane
I only had mine a day but I can tell it's double the battery life of my s22U . I did the toilet test this morning on my s24 and it barely used up any battery.
I can confirm that yesterday lasted me for 20 hours
I have s24 ultra and i can say this test is wrong...bcz if u use this phone than it gives 10 hrs for on screen for games or movies with full charge but 3 days or more if u dont use phone much...
@enrqb3 20 hours of screen-on time? Mine averages about 6.5 hours. I don't know what you all are talking about
@chelidoniii not sure but does AOD count as screen on time?. Alot of fanboys like to exaggerate SOT for some reason. Like they have a special s24U that no one else has. And this exaggeration has been going on for years. I'm happy with my SOT but no one is getting 20 hours SOT lol. Dudes are probably putting it on airplane mode or battery saver for bragging rights.

I had a Samsung tablet and didn't use it for 3 HOLE MONTHS. AND IT STILL WORKED
I have an Apple gen 2 iPad that was stored in my drawer for at least a year. I decided to try and use it again, and it turned on with no problems (when I charged it of course). Because the iPad is over 10 years old, it’s definitely not fast, nor does its battery last long. However, it turning on regardless is a huge win.

@@ayaanishfaq2369 Yeah, I doubt my iPad would’ve been able to turn on without needing a charger after 3 months. I don’t even know if its battery can last a month in standby😂. I think that being able to leave a device for an extended amount of time and know it will still function as normal is definitely nice to have! I think Apple and Samsung both make excellent tablets, and whichever you choose will work for you day to day.

In case you didn't know, Apple actually makes another version of the iPhone called the Pro Max that is more comparable to something like the S24 Ultra.

I searched up the battery life on the S24 ULTRA and it says 8-9 hours plus there’s definitely a wireless charger under the S24 ULTRA and the battery life on the iPhone 15 pro is 10 hours

Not an apple/iOS fan, but this wasn't really a wholesome comparison. The 15 pro has been noted to have slightly less battery life than even the base 15 due to the smaller battery having to work with features found on the Pro Max. Just saying 🤷🏽♀️
