couple of things, this isnt a park car, park cars are the bullet lounge dome sleepers, VIA following the old CP naming convention doesnt name its coaches. These coaches are far from original, they were shopped in the 90s to convert them from steam heat to HEP around the time they brought out the silver and blue class. there are pictures floating around of when they were rebuilt.
BUDD's are Nice cars, flawless. The LRC cars are comfortable, but in Winter the wheel wells fill up with snow and by Kingston on way to the GTA, your toes freeze up, bad insulation, have no idea what the LRC's will be replaced with.... but time to start looking into it.
I hope I get one on my numerous trips to Quebec this summer. :)

+Mike Algar The HEP I coaches do have pretty much the classic interiors except for the upholstery, lighting, etc.
Trains are the best I tell you! Nice video! I've taken this with my mom and brother in December 2019 & it was amazing.
The HEP I cars are 1946-1947 and 1954-1955. The HEP II cars are 1947-1950. This one looks like a 1946 or 1947 HEP I.
you are not riding in the Park Car. that is coach class HEP car
I hear you! I love the old sleeping cars! Vintage!
1948? Damn we don't have trains that old doing daily commute on our rails in France anymore!
len5465 Yeah.
+Stylishtrains (JeumontForever) These HEP I cars mostly operate long-distance in Canada.
This is the complete opposite of taking an STM bus or an RATP or a RTC bus or a TCL or a TTC bus etc...

How was your bus ride back?
JEUMONT FOREVER Dull.
Yeah. That's what I thought you'd say. Sigh...
JEUMONT FOREVER Also the modern Orleans Express seats are not very comfortable. Theyre hard for a coach.
Yeah. Here in Paris, The metro seats on the MF01's are Super uncomfortable however the MP59's are very comfortable
love that horn on engine sounds like a k5la or something
