I like to pull a few coffees after dinner and put it into a glass bottle then when I wake up I can use the already pulled coffee for a morning iced coffee and the ice stays ice for longer :)

I always do mine myself so I don't have much experience with tailors. They got some cheap and comfortable cycle shorts at Primark you can wear under your dresses if you think they are to short. A note about legs changing colour thing, have you considered 'blood pooling'? It has been on my mind too at the moment as I have finally found the term for it! I have recently developed a variety of medical conditions but blood pooling is a symptom that I have had outside of that for years. I was so excited when I actually found the words for it haha. xx

We use a Sage - ours is the older version without the screen (which is double the price!!) and really recommend it ☕️

I also am self-conscious of my chest, but recently I started wearing more low cut since I started lifting weights. My chest was really bony, and now I've built muscle on it, it looks much better! Lifted my boobs too!
Ave you been to the Dr about your legs discolouration when you've been standing? I used to have similar and it was down to poor circulation in the end
