Nice man! Something worth trying is 1 bag of fish fry mix to 1 can of coors light 👍🏽. Mix all together and you get a wet batter that is AWSOME!

About how long do you think it takes to fry ?

Been a while since I've fried crappy but I would say about 3 to 6 minutes a side. I go mainly by the looks and dont pay attention to time so take that with a grain of salt. Some like fried to a crisp amd some like lightly fried all preference.
