I absolutely love this song. Third favourite track from their latest album. It's a shame that it's probably one of their worst albums.
I know it's been a while since I've uploaded anything to this channel, it's mainly due to lack of motivation to upload anything.
The build up is what makes this song so great. They meant to do that.
If you notice how I do my triangle channel, I do a pitch bend downwards and quickly cut it off, simulating a kick or a snare.
I just noticed the lyric video placed behind the famitracker
GENIUS.
I mix it in with the triangle channel usually. And make sure all the other channels are quieter than usual, it brings out the DPCM by a considerable amount.
It's always a good day when you upload a new song and this day is no different.

I'd love to see them live but where they're playing is a bit of a trek from where I live unfortunately, can't afford it. :/

Survival bugs me because of its melody and lyrics. The choir is also a bit too much. The latter half of Survival is awesome though.
Florio003 did a cover of Cave, and I think it's safe to say it's absolutely amazing.
Panic Station would be my third pick of songs on this album I like.... but wait I also like Liquid State... and Survival if you changed the lyrics... Dammit Levus don't make all my reflexive internet hate falter on me like this!

God this song takes forever to get going. I honestly like this better than the original. So unfortunate that this album is a complete mess aside from Supremacy and Animals :(
I get making the other channels softer, but mixing it in with the triangle? You mean like, harmonics?

What was wrong with 2nd Law?
They were going great guns till Matthew went a little cuckoo and meandered into dubstep territory, but that was only two or three tracks, and it only got(intentionally?) obnoxious in Unsustainable.
Also Panic station is one of the sickest, funkiest tracks I ever heard a group of white men lay down, so i think props are in order.
