@@OctoberMountainProducts Do you have a date on shipping? I gor one ordered on Lancaster 2 months ago. You mentioned somewhere, it will be shipped June 2nd. But still not shipped.
Will you be putting out a video on actually putting vanes on an arrow such as three and four fletch. Also maybe add a two or 3° offset so we can see how easy that works
Hey Shawn, yes! We'll be putting out another video then detailing how to fletch an arrow from beginning to end, as well as the various fletching options (3 fletch, 4 fletch, and degrees of offset).
@@jonathan_guerrero we had some tooling/manufacturing delays and the current in-stock date is July 31st. Thanks for your patience and understanding - we're eargerly awaiting their arrival too!
So far I really like the look of this jig. I recently bought a Bitz and was massively disappointed in it's quality for the price. No wonder there's numerous third party enhancement's for the Bitz because it lacks numerous basic features by default or the tolerances aren't as good as the third party options. For the Phoenix jig as the nock receiver isn't adjustable, is it set-up for fletching compounds or recurves? ie cock vane parallel to the nock groove or 90 degress to the nock groove. Is there any thought had having two versions of the nock receiver for those that glue their nocks in or one that can move the nock locator 90 degrees in the nock reciever?
The clamp tower in all of the online videos has three adjustment marks in either direction, giving 3/8ths inch movement left or right. The jig I just received for xmas (2024) only has two marks, for a total of 1/4 inch left or right. Is there a reason for less adjustability?
just got mine today and absolutely love it just wishtheywouldhavemadethe tower tooless since the offset is. other than thatdefinetely destroys the bitzenberg
How much helical do you get with your helical clamps? Can you get as much helical as the Arizona EZ Flex Mini Max? The reason I ask is because this has the same design type as the Bitzenburger, and that doesn't put much, hardly any helical on a 2 to 3 inch vane. If this can put as much helical on my arrows as a Mini Max, I will buy this immediately. I like the more fine tune and control (even though a longer process) as a Bitzenburger style fletching jig. But I will never use my Bitzenburger again because it cannot fletch my arrows how I need them.
By chance is there a locking screw on the nock receiver so if my arrow shafts are indexed for spine can the receiver be adjusted to line up the spine? Or is the receiver locked with the 120 degree cock vane up at top?
Hey Peter, The clamp will go flat down on the arrow, but the arrow will be angled like most other jigs. We'll detail that more in the how to fletch an arrow with the Phoenix fletching jig video then.
It actually won't be for sell. It's just to show you a nice product that they'll never have available. I bought it in March with promises of a release in May. It is now November and they don't have the courtesy to let you know that it's not ready.
Hello @jonathan_guerrero, we apologize for the continued pushback on this item and thank you for your patience with us on this product; we are currently working with other departments on getting the jigs in as soon as possible despite major manufacturing setbacks...but we don't want to get a sub-par product in stock for our customers. Currently, our ETA is January 2024. We recommend signing up for stock alerts on our website (product found here:www.octobermountainproducts.com/shop/pro-shop-tools/pro-shop-tools-and-supplies/phoenix-fletching-jig) for upcoming email updates. Thank you for your continued support!
The latest update from the team was last week and the current ETA is 9/8. We've been ensuring quality control during the entire manufacturing process and unfortunately, it's taking longer than expected. Thanks for your patience and understanding - they'll be worth the wait!

Why announce a product for release in June if you're going to push it back until July, then August, now September? I guarantee you come September you'll say end of October. What a joke lol
@@cootsehh54 I got mine at the end of January actually from Lancaster archery. I sis return it, however. There was a hike that wouldn't align on one of the settings. It also didn't feel lightyears better than my ez fletch in my opinion. After tons of practice with the mini fletch I can get all of my arrows fletched exactly the same. At least that's what I feel lol. I'm truly disappointed in OMP and will try to avoid their products moving forward.
I dig it!!
Thanks, Allie! We're excited to get them in and people to start fletching with them. It's a game changer! 🏹🙌
I just got one a month ago. Best dang jig I've used.
Been building and shooting arrows for 15 years and this jig is by far the best I've used.
Nice looking rig!
Should have put an arrow in it to show how it actually works.
right !
If it works as well as it looks, you may have a winner here!
Can't wait for you to try it! It's a game-changer!

Hey @Steve Davis, There is no locking screw on the nock receiver. The index for cock vane will point straight up if your shaft is indexed.
Will that fit all size vanes including the AAE Hybrid vanes ???
does the clamp go straight down on the top of arrow or angled like most jigs?
