Great breakdown Tom! Fingers crossed DJI unlocks the holy grail of firmware updates soon. Control Deck is definitely the GOAT for controlling anything DJI related and very glad to own one of these for our operations.
Great explanation. The R2 looks so lovely for larger setups, pricey. But always hitting limitations with my rs4 pro with rigging. One day may can afford this and by then hopefully they get everything working all in tandem. I've sent quite a bit of emails asking for features to be implemented. Don't have Facebook so can't sign petition. Glad you are pushing them for better integration across whole platform.
@@ignitedigi well you saved me already from blowing up my focus pro grip trying to use the hub with it... though i did have an idea if a cable was modified to only transmit the data and not voltage. ive got a small investment in their ecosystem between focus pro combo/transmission/hibright/4d grips/rs4 pro and would love for it to all work together. i still get firmware incompatibilities going between focus pro grip and rs4 pro every time. not sure what that is about. anyway, you're my go to source now for explaining this ecosystem.
hi, if i use the cable that runs Data from the DJI transmission to the Ronin 2, i will be able to control the ronin 2 only with the high brite monito0r and the joistick handle, or the gyro option on the mionotor?? or i need that deck control? thanks
