Mr. Prime minister you are leading by example. I just want to say that in all that is already happening. Please take some time to listen to some grassroots ideas on the way forward.
The idea about the cruise ship or other ship for the purpose of living for volunteers is a great one.

Also, allow the people of Carriacou the opportunity to be involved in every area of the rebuilding drive as much as possible.

My final suggestion is to have persons doing the cooking for the volunteers while they are there at Carriacou. This is something that could be further discussed and implemented. This could also accelerate the rebuilding process. I don't think we could say that the volunteers should walk with their food. That is not a sustainable option.

Carriacou and Petite Martinique should also have a greenhouse in each village

Actually, I need to add this very last suggestion: Let's have a prayer and fast and seek Guidance and wisdom from the Lord on the best way forward. We need wisdom from on high. Man is smart but not smarter than God, since God is the one who created man.

Get a cruise ship to house repair , volunteer and other people so they can stay close to island and get there quickly

Also can the electricity system be built underground. That way to reduce damages. And installation of a system that is hybrid of solar and electrical?
