- Legendary Artifact that makes skills cooldown immediately when you
hit a vulnerable enemy.
- Normal Artifact that makes any skill, including blizzard have a 20% chance to make enemies vulnerable.
- Blizzard hits a lot of vulnerable enemies and refreshes constantly.
(Will probably be patched)
