- Got tasked to do anti-shipping with the good old Bf-110G over Kuban. I got a wingman assigned to me and dedicated escort fighters.
After I found the ships, I skipped my bombs into them but got damaged by a high-caliber AA gun from one of the ships which broke my rudder control and created some fuel leaks.
I lost my wingman in the process but managed to down two P-39's to avenge him.
On the way back I got chased by a YaK, but managed to evade it. And after that I landed back at base.

Seems iffy on the bomb fusing. If that bomb goes bang on the first skip it’s frag city. Looked great, though!
Not watched it yet, but I think it is a bit rude to describe the ship as a skip...
"Skip bombing was a low-level bombing technique independently developed by several of the combatant nations in World War II, notably Italy, Australia, Britain, and the United States. It allows an aircraft to attack shipping by skipping the bomb across the water like a stone. Dropped at very low altitudes, the bomb never rises more than about 5 meters (16 ft) above the surface of the water, ensuring that it will hit the side of the ship as long as it is aimed correctly."
