Excellent video. Thanks. When the bubbles overlap, how do you fix it? Even if I limit them to 10, its tough to clearly see each. In my use case, I need to share them in PDF/Image, so can't have tool tips.
Making the bubbles transparent can help or making sure the bubbles have a outline/stroke and the tweaking the arrangement so that any hidden bubbles are displayed on top of the larger bubble.

I can't suggest any solutions here, since I don't know what tool you're using. Ideally, you'll need a dataviz tool that can allow for multiple layers or can combine visualisations.
