I tried using the wireshark program, but for some reason when i pick up my phone in my home, i don't see any SIP packets flowing anywhere. My provider's modem gives VoIP, but i can't see anywhere SIP packets flowing. What am i doing wrong?
Hi There, could I know how you capture the SIP packets? On your computer, modem's web interface or somewhere else? And, what kind of phone you are using?
Hi Wang, we have the pcap log tool on web interface. So basically you can capture the pcap file by a simple click. On the other hand, you can enter the SSH to use tcpdump command to get the log manually.
can you please share this pcap for analysis along with your video

Can trace any VOIP hard phone's RTP packet in same network?
Usually, the VoIP hard phone will be embedded with a tool itself to capture the pcap log.
