These are not the same protesters of joy stop oil. These people are tired of people going to burning man and destroying the environment. Because it’s supposed to be a leave no trace event in most people just go there to do drugs and party and leave as much garbage behind as possible like there is little RVs left behind on the side of the road after the event. Trailers full of garbage garbage bags all over the road it’s supposed to be a leave. No trace event. I wouldn’t be surprised. These protesters are locals. Sick and tired of burners destroying their town because there’s a small town that every time burning Man happens they basically have so much vandalism in so much crime happened that there’s tired of burning man but of course no one wants to talk about these because everyone thinks that they’re the same as just stop oil

And did you see how fast those faggo†s were pulling their shit off the road when it looked like he was coming back around for another hit?
Like I have been saying for weeks, months maybe : All you need to do is open up some serious whoop-ass on ONE of these pussies - a punch in the face, and whack to the skull with a bat, or MOW THEM DOWN with your vehicle, breaking legs and crushing organs and they get steamrolled by vehicles - and THAT will get the message across! They will ALL fall in line faster than you cna imagine! All this candy-ass kid-glove handling of these punks doesn't register! Physically drag one off the road and two more scurry in their place ; drag those two away and the first one scurries back - it's like trying to keep multiple dogs in a batihtub - it's monotonous and redundant.
I'm not saying to blitzkrieg them ; by all means, give them AMPLE FAIR WARNING of what WILL happen if they do not get out of the way and stop being such a nuisance - and be explicit.
If they choose to ignore, cos they think you are bluffing (or they are indestructible/untouchable), then show them you aint bluffing (and they are gonna get "touched"), and fuck one (or a few) of them up. And watch the cowards scatter.

Thank you Brett for supporting tribal rangers. I am moderately conservative and an Apache who grew up on a rural reservation. I am now a data scientist and biomedical engineer. The tribal cops often work in cooperation with federal law enforcement agents and get training from them many times. I worked at a couple of internships for the federal government (US DOE) and know that they monitor protests very closely and are well-trained on how to deal with it. In this case, the stalled vehicles in brutal desert heat were in an emergency. It was a public health crisis.
There actually has been a lot of aggressive research done on alternative renewable energy by the federal government for many decades now. The US DOE has the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in Golden, CO (just west of Denver). There is a huge solar energy installation visible by jet far above out there near the CA-NV border. Many modern homes are built to use solar energy either passively or actively with solar panels. There is a severe water shortage out west but given some relief with the massive rainfall the past half-year. In general, the protest was in the wrong area. NREL promotes a lot of renewable energy work in western states like NV. You are right about the protesters maybe going to Wall Street instead.

I recently went to a country music festival in Minnesota. My friend and I were stuck waiting in traffic for 3 hours due to the amount of people trying to get to the parking lots and campgrounds (it was the first day). Even with the air on full blast, we were sweating bullets. It was miserable and we nearly ran out of gas. This was in Minnesota, I can't imagine how much worse it would have been for these people much closer to the equator. What if they didn't have air conditioning? Like Brett said, what if they had their pets with them. People are absolutely destroyed, and rightly so, for leaving their children and pets in the car when it's hot. How is this any different? The protesters are putting people's lives at risk! And then, as a rotten cherry on top, the Ranger that put an end to the whole thing (without any violence, I might add) is the one under fire! It's circumstances like this that should make people think about what these "climate activists" are actually trying to do. Virtue signaling and self-victimization is the world's foremost compound pandemic.

Which was due to the four hour long traffic jam these Morons caused that day, because the ambulance couldn't even get to the poor women in time, let alone be able to take them to hospital to save these poor people lives, so they both sadly died on the hard shoulder of a motor way.
So now these people have blood on their hands.

Waits for backup and along comes the second police pickup after the fair warning and since they did not comply, well there you have it ... they were arrested. They were handed a get out of jail card and they were bone headed and and this was their consequence. I wonder if anything will happen to them as I am guessing this will fall under the tribal laws and hopefully they don't pussy foot around like it seems the feds do as I have a feeling some climate activists are being funded and encouraged by certain entities within or behind the scenes of governments in various countries.

This is what I never understood about police in other countries: why not just arrest them immediately? They're breaking the law, so they need to be arrested. If they do it again, maybe it's time for prison (30 days?). If it happens again, they get a long prison stay.

A few tried this in Oregon one time, in front of a packing house . They didnt stay there long , as every cattle pot in the state headed thier way , and was dropping gears to get EVEN more torque , and more coal into the air . As a bonus , they made them engines howl like the devil was after them , needless to say , theyeither got out of the way , or they became part of the road . Cow catchers on steel hoods was the rule of the day , it was beautiful

Starting with self knowledge and exploration, people give themselves a chance to become the solution they so badly want others to implement.

They put people in danger doing this! Yes the cops were a bit extreme, but they had been told there were people who were getting heat stroke and needed to go!

The cops were not extreme. These activists need to learn that if they want to hold the public hostage, they’re gonna get roughed up. This is as it should be.

This is a great example of people just literally losing their minds - as in not even devoting a moment of thought to their actions. I hope that the officer's department does not bow to the backlash and take any negative action against him. I, for one, would give him a medal and a promotion.
