Quickest Way to Replace & Upgrade a Cracked Volvo Shift Knob

Factory 2 wire shift knob (#31437876) and Polestar shift knob (#31454423) installed in this video should fit the following Volvo models:
2014-2018 S60
2016-2018 S60 Cross Country
2014-2016 S80
2015-2018 V60
2015-2018 V60 Cross Country
2014-2017 XC60
2014-2016 XC70
Factory ribbon cable style shift knob (#31325257) should fit the following Volvo models:
2013 S60
2012-2013 S80
2013 XC60
2013 XC70
