@@PetrincicBrosRC You keep our spirits high. It has been difficult here. Many of my planes were made unflyable by chipmunks and corrosion when I was away on work for months at a time. I am trying to recover them and get flying again but there is a lot to do. Thank you for your fun videos it gives me inspiration!!
Only the military and Petrincic Bros. fly in any weather condition! Merry Xmas and Happy New Year from Dallas TX. to you two dedicated flyers. You couldn't pay me to fly in that kind of stuff. Looked like all 36K subscribers commented on the Christmas sausage video. Just great !! Blaz was right, 2020 was a sh-t year and it's just about over. A new year toast to you both and to a much more enjoyable year ahead. Thank you brothers for being a wonderful example of how to keep your head up and go forward even when times are tough. P.S. - It's finally cold enough here to wear my Petrincic Aviation hoodie !!
Wild boys in the winter , pilot Robert and Captain Blaz .... Any landing you survive is a good one ! Look forward to seeing it back in the air. ... SALUTE
No no no nooooooo phew that was crazy to watch...it did look as if it was tail heavy..wow how strange..Well done Pilot Robert for getting her down and Captain blaz for keeping it all in frame..the Gods were with you today....Big salute from Cambridgeshire UK back in strict lockdown again.. Stay safe.....
Merry Christmas to my favorite brothers! Too bad it was such a short flight but it wasn't such a bad landing hey!! Thanks for my morning coffee treat! Best to you and your families! Big salute from Chicago,,, oh yeeeaaah!
I’m glad she survived. It is too nice a plane to lose in a crash. I fly mine with an old school 72mhz JR transmitter and receiver. That old radio has never failed me even once.
Hi guys look like you all got snom to we got some here. look like you had a good flying and than all hell broke lose good save you will try again. so you guys have a very good day. Ray
Dear Robert, the snow was probably the reason for this event. 2,4 ghz is very sensitive for rain, mist or snow. It is better to wait untill it's dry and fly in better conditions. All the best!
Strong of you to go out and fly a day like this. Appreciated, because now I can sit at home in the heat and enjoy a video of your hardships instead ... Thank you very much and "God fortsättning och Gott Nytt År!!!" ( "Happy Christmas and Happy New Year !!!")
Best crash for a landing I’ve ever seen. Only the two bros could have pulled that off. Perhaps the leading edge of the wings iced over?? LOL. Thanks for sharing boys!! Ciao.
You both get a 10 for your persistence in inclement weather. Hard to really tell what was goin on but you would think a signal loss would equal a plane loss if it was going on that long. Another Rx away from battery, and definately range check. Good luck and thanks Russ NC/USA
That snow sounds cold with the sprinkling sound like ice. Gahh, can't believe you saved it that first pass, then saved it again with the landing, you are the boss! Just toss those orange rx's and be done. Lemon, Spectrum, all good, just not the orange.
What a great looking plane, i must agree the orange receiver may be the problem, being blocked by the Lipo. Still, another brilliant video guys, big salute from the UK.
Think it's tail heavy and flown a bit too slow, also that receiver need to be clear or lipo, cables and other bits. You can check on the DX9 the antenna fades and signal losses after you fly so you can have a good idea of your radio link quality... Do it before checking lipo voltage as soon as you land as a habit! Please let's see this beautiful plane fly again she deserves another chance :) Salute and merry Christmas!
That was very touchy if it was going to crash or not , saved by Pilot Robert luckily . Change that orange receiver and go again , you have to get to the bottom of this problem , too nicer plane to crash , Merry Christmas to the bro's and family :-)
Greetings from Arkansas USA. You must do further investigation and report back to us. You guys are crazy fun out there in the snow. I enjoyed it. Thanks
One of these days, when a rescue plane needs rescuing and a sprained ankle comes with the hugest cooling pack possible... Someone up there must have had a peculiar sense of humour that day. Looking forward to the next attempt and keep my fingers crossed!
Very nice going,Robert until the signal loss. That is too cold for me,but you guys really know how to have fun! Great job recording this Blaz,is your ankle ok? Cheers my friends and brothers!!
Merry Christmas to the Petrincic Brothers!!! 🎄🙏😀❤ The flight was potentially good up the point of signal loss. It's a good thing that the plane is intact. 😀
Wow! That was very lucky and I am very happy that you didn't crash that beautiful bird! I agree with all the comments on attempting to locate the receiver away from other electrical components as much as possible but I also don't think that receiver signal loss caused your problem. You were still clearly controlling the plane when it went down.I think your problem was a cold lipo battery that wouldn't allow enough current flow for you to fly the airplane at proper speed. Lipo batteries are just terrible if they are allowed to get cold. They give you enough current to take off and then taper off to very low output shortly after you are off the ground. So, before I did anything more, I would look to the lipo battery temperature which just wasn't giving you enough current flow to run both of those motors. If you had signal loss then you would not have been able to land it like you did. You have power loss due to a cold battery.
Oh just looked again and you appear to have one of those fitted, maybe the falling snow affected the signal, Robert had some control at least, I just read in the comments where it crashed again. Hope you get it can flying once more. Happy New Year to you Both.
Pilot Robert. You definitely had a great save on this one. I'm glad you didn't crash that beautiful seaplane you definitely lost the signal better find a better place for the reciever. Maybe expose the antenas to the outside of the plane 🤔 a big SALUTE TO YOU FROM SEDRO WOOLLEY WA USA 🇺🇸
Merry Christmas guys. Great save there. 👏. If you are going to be using spektrum/orange recievers why not try the recievers that use the remote satellites. You could then place one at the front and rear either side of the fuselage to reduce blind spots.
Look at Dis 😍. I missed the OH Yeahhhhhh after takeoff 🛫. That could have been your problem. Great save. This Old Man from North Carolina loving see you flying in the snow. Hope you had a great Christmas. Do love me some Brothers. ✈️🎅💝💝
Pilot Robert/ Capt Blaz...Looks mighty cold there...❄️. Glad to see there was no damage in the snow. The crackling noise from the snow sounds like you cooking up some good ole Slovenian bratwurst -haha...Hope your Christmas was Merry. Salute from USA. 🎄🇺🇸

Receiver is close to LIPO, when you fly the plane away from you receiver antenna got blocked by LIPO.
The second flight ion the past was just like this and it was perfect.
