This operator is the man, was in LDP as an interim manager at another store in the Eastern Iowa Market and he drove sales like crazy at the unit he was at. Wish I would have worked for him.
That I could not tell you as a former store director of the Chick-fil-A at Coralridge Mall in Coralville, IA. Each year pay rates differ. You can always negotiate higher based on education and experience. We generally started most team members off at minimum which here now is 10.50 I believe. Would search on glass door and indeed and look up salary and pay tate information for quick service restaurants in that area. Depends also in thr position you applying there for. Definitely discuss with one of his Directors pay rate negotiation if the Owner is in there then ask to speak to him on it. It's def worth asking about, but don't make it a top priority to get super high starting. Another thing is ask about opportunities for advancement and ask for mentorship if there are paths to go on in the pipeline of leadership. Best of luck!
Drew Ritchey My pleasure! I might go back to the company at some point. I left to work at Sedgwick CMS dealing with FMLA/Disability and Work Comp related line of business now. Best of luck to you. Another Operator that is great would be Rob Morris down in one of the Florida locations who has produced Operator after Operator from his store across the country. As well Operator Brian Davis has a leadership program called Jump Start in the Portland Area I helped with his grand opening at Claukamas-Promenade. But worth a shot to get 360 experience and start getting your name out there for grand openings and get some more information for CFA LDP and apply, though as you probabaly know it's very competitive getting in LDP, working your way to GOT and CT help and creating results at the local restaurant helps along with it. My friend Justin Heitz work for this Operator briefly and he is in the program because the next operator he worked for.was min who now is in Chambersburg, PA, he has great knowledge on making profitability benchmarks.
