This guy saved my life. I'm not just saying that. My 14 year relationship came crumbling down before xmas before my exams last year (2017). I thought of killing myself several times but I ended up going into the exam and getting an A. I felt better for a bit then discovered his video, the one about his run while feeling sick and him beating his personal best. I was really motivated and started listening to his videos and now it's February and I'm my way to a healthier body, I'm doing well in school and I have no fears of my future. I am here to win and I'll rule over my body. Everyday I do a full hour in the gym, no excuses, that puts me in the mindset that if I can do that, I can do anything. You have no idea how much you've helped me. For this I will always be grateful. I smile more, I am working up the courage to talk to the people I look up to and it's all because of you. For anyone else reading this, it takes small steps, I couldn't do more than 10 mins in the gym on day 1. Just push for a bit and you will overcome your obstacles.

Sometime don’t worry about picking the wrong opportunity. Opportunities are like trains. They come and go. If you miss one, you can catch another. Instead of looking for results and outcomes, look for learning opportunities. ;)
