I like the roundabout, we need more of those in this town.

Pretty good. A single transit hub downtown would be a big improvement. This needs bike lanes, and the parks could be a little bigger.

I still don't understand how to get from North Barrington to Hollis street based on this new design. Or Lower Water to Barrington. That's my route to work (avoiding the busy part of Barrington from the Deltas on down) and this just looks like a huge mess. Hollis street doesn't even rate a mention in this video.

This video frustrates me because it is going to do more harm than good to what the public opinion is.
This design poorly tackles the fact that this area is going to be the main focus for our +20 story towers be business/residential mix or residential, because the way of the office tower is a fools paradise because it is borne out of the car centric lifestyle we have created. On top of the topography does not lend itself to this design, and lack of intimacy for the pedestrian walking.
Why don't we just go ahead and aim for a Connecticut business park.

This is typical backward Halifax planning and brutalist architecture - creating a sterile environment few would want to live in. Nice job Halifax!

I wonder why the artist felt the need to add chemtrails to the animation?
