Honestly, just having the soundtrack in the background is enough to make me watch the entire video lol, but besides that I must agree that a complete and improved Lexicon will really be very interesting, I'll enjoy seeing what was written and highlighted for creatures and others.

Yes and no. The diaries are written Journals hidden in the open World. You need to find all pages if you want to know everything. The other lore sections feature images like the creatures and are unlocked either by first encounter them or by Talan explaining stuff to you. Eventually, you can unlock then all.
