This is very tough to watch but a great outcome cause I’ll let you know a thing or two. Those men were from Mexico, his soccer jersey was from a team that is right across the border in Nuevo León. The men who operate in that city are very dangerous, it could be a coincidence that it’s his favorite team but in Mexico the fans are heavy about the team and so being self aware of what who and is around in your environment is crucial. Forsure it isn’t his first time and if I am correct then In Nuevo León he must’ve done the same thing cause the rate of Femicide in Nuevo León is insane & across the US/Mexico border as well. Knowing that knowledge I would have jumped on him immediately and like John you have to be violent so it doesn’t go to far. Just a food for thought for law enforcement, many many people come across the border good or bad and taking out the bad ones is a necessary means of action. So being aware of clothes style the way the talk, walk, is key to many of those incidents.
I think the problem is that in Mexico, cops don't have the same protections as here. People argue with cops and get into shoving matches with cops with no consequences. It's a different world.

Dispatching 3 officers instead of 2 would've made a big difference. I don't know if the dispatcher asked the woman how many men were there, but if not, that was a major mistake. Outnumbering the potential suspects would have made the situation more advantageous for the officers.

The perp intervening is at least partly responsible for the other guy's death (assuming the multiple head shots resulted in a successful balcony challenge). That perp could be charged with homicide even though it was the police who pulled the trigger. In America it's usually advised to NOT INTERFERE with the police executing their duty. Police typically don't murder the person they're attempting to take into custody, so if the police are making an illegal arrest, work it out in court later (sucks, I know).

I worked with a lot of guys from Mexico and they used to tell me that people in Mexico are used to arguing with the police and sometimes they get into fights with the police. The police sometimes would leave after an altercation with somebody without arrest anyone. Many of these guys that are coming across the border have this attitude they believe that they can just do what they want even to the police have no respect for the police and this is the reason this happens right here in this video. He even told me one time about an uncle his dad came from Mexico to visit they got pulled over and the officer had asked him to get out of the car well his uncle was sitting in the passenger seat then got out of the car and started screaming at the police and cussing at them and telling them to get the hell out of here before he started kicking their ass. And that’s the attitude that many of them come here with unfortunately his uncle learned a quick lesson because he got the hell beat out of him tased and thrown in jail 😂 😂😅
Very difficult situation. As soon as punches are thrown, that escalates. These officers don't know the skill level of the perps and if punches are thrown the level goes up. Plus two officers are having a hard enough time with one perp, so if one officer hands off to deal with second perp this could have gone south for everyone very quickly.
@@punkjake there's definitely no honor in losing your firearm and getting shot, so whatever it takes. I didn't like how unprepared the officers were. If you wear a firearm you should be prepared to deal with someone trying to take it, because it will happen.
