- Can these two supposed skate aficionados tell what skates they're wearing without SEEING what skates they're wearing? We gave Gaston and Harry 6 pairs of skates each, disguised them (badly) and asked them to identify the skates based on FEEL alone. Do these 'experts' know their Tarmac's from their Twisters? ...or are they just a pair of Dirks?

Seriously though; not sure what’s up with the difficulty identifying skates with bigger wheels. Maybe placebo has a bigger effect on perceived skate performance than you might think? …or maybe Gas and Harry are OUT THEIR MINDS!

I’m loving the blading content creators. Keeping this great sport interesting. As long as we keep supporting and ushering others to get into blading, we can once again be as huge as the current skateboarding culture.

Really enjoyed watching this. I hope this becomes a regular thing but with a more refined format. Like testing aggressive skates/frames by grinding. Or different wizard frames on different boots. Gaston guessing that the USD Aeons were Iqon Ag20s would make me more interested in checking out the Aeons for example. Maybe invite guest quad skaters or freestyle skaters to try blindly and let them rank which ones they like the most for example.
just a suggestion.
Sort of like what they do on Andertons guitar youtube channel blind testing guitars.

Should definitely take that half point off for thinking a flat 80mm 165mount freeskate was a ufs anti rocker aggressive skate. i mean that one's kinda unforgivable.... i really wanna try this myself cause i feel like i'd do way better!
...of course i might be just as bad.

Much fun ! So much contest ideas come to mind. Guess a skater from a video based on his style, guess a skate based on a very zoomed in macro detail, also same guess skates but with old vintage skates.
