Stony forever
Well for the most part yes, but I think the MCU messed them up. Like there are a few really great moments, but rarely any fallow up. Like in CACW the “so was I line” was more a case of telling rather than showing. Like I don’t get the sense that they were at all close. Which really pisses me off, because i ship them so hard and their relationship in every other universe is so defining, and mostly good with a few times where they but heads CoughcivilWarCough.
I just came back to this edit because is so perfect. I love how they're in love in every universe. I hope they made another universe where they keep loving each other.
I think Steve and Tony are so cool friends because they can not be more different. Tony is a Futurist who lives in the Future. Steve is a World War II soldier who lives in the past. They come from different eras but have a common goal. Protecting the world and the people but also their friends and family. You can learn from each other. Tony learns what if means to be old - fashioned and Steve learns what technology can do.
