There ought to be severe penalties for prosecutorial Brady violations

But that would hold prosecutors accountable. They’re pals in the higher courts wouldn’t want that now.

This is very surprising on the part of the AG, as Oklahoma is pretty much a "blood atonement" place: "somebody's gonna pay for this!" And in Okieland, it hasn't much mattered if the convicted person was, you know, actually guilty so long as somebody got executed for the crime.

Just because someone takes lithium does NOT make the person more agitated. Be careful that you do not spread false information.

That's not the issue. The issue is that evidence was withheld from the defense and that guilt MUST be established beyond a reasonable doubt. That's especially true when a defendant's life is on the line. Lithium is prescribed for mania, and manic patients CAN believe falsehoods are true. TL;DR: There is reasonable doubt.

I'm quite pro death penalty, but the evidence here seems insufficient for such a final fate -- one witness, the murderer who has mental issue, nope.

Glossip tried to hide evidence by cleaning up the crime scene.

Crap! Roberts taking up the Glossip case means that the Supreme Court is going to take an iron boot to the Constitution in a future case to appease a "contributor".
