Time to be a horse nerd again. This doesn't hurt the horse. It actually helps them since it's basically like a human pedicure but for horses. Their hooves are all made up of nail material so they don't feel this process that's why they keep calm. If this were to hurt the horse then this guy would have already gotten a hoof in his face. Not trying to be rude btw just informing.
