    If you do this drill for game pressure, you should include runners or a stopwatch and make them throw to a base under a certain time (let’s say your fastest runner on the team).
    Now it’s just an in & outfield drill speeded up by hitting the balls quicker after each other.
    Now there is no instant feedback for the players.. if you add the runners or stopwatch there is instant visual feedback.
