for the life of me i cant figure out why the expensive long travel modern21 century computer designed front suspension while the back is off a stage coach from the 19th century.
Nicely done. I used to drill lots of composite and aluminum tape worked well to keep from blowing out the backside of a drilled hole. Thanks for posting.
shouldn't you be using DOM tubing for a roll bar? tubing with seam running through it tends to split if you crash. I mean you have a multi-million dollar t.v. program here, don't be so cheap.
Daniel Collins I’ll break it down as easy as I can... think of a dead tube like an upper case T the vertical part of the T dead ends into the horizontal part of the T, so the vertical part of the T is the dead tube... the proper way to build it would be to have all tubes meeting each other at some point kinda like an X... So the kinetic energy has somewhere to go

It’s normal for an old 90s truck, you ain’t gonna find one with a frame that’s clean without rust. I would’ve taken a wire wheel too it first to get the rust out and then coated it with Steel-it if I had it down to the bare frame at that point.

I encountered the locked bolt from heat transfer when I was building Jeep bumper, now I know what went wrong haha. Remove bolt ASAP next time, got it.
