Recipe :
Pasta - 500 g
Salt - 1 tsp.
Onion - 1 piece
Fry for 3 minutes
Minced meat - 800 g
Pepper - 1 pc.
Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
Water - 50 ml
Salt / dry garlic / paprika / oregano / chili pepper.

Eggs - 2 pcs
Milk - 100 ml
Salt - 1 tsp.
Mozzarella cheese - 100 g
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes

Where do you get the deep=sided casserole bakers ?!? We can't seem to get them here in North America (Canada). The only bakers we have with deep sides - are the pans for baking bread. Not even our glass-makers here (Pyrex, Anchor-Hocking) - make the deep-sided bakers. A brand name would be appreciated.
