    Hate to say it but all of that is not another level. It's mostly hard work, smart working, experience with their jobs, and good tools. And people caring about their jobs. Which is great to see but normal in most parts of the world. Thanks for the video. 🙂

    Doesn't surprise me. I have worked with people who could barely read but could mend any machine extant. Worked manual myself, figured out the round and how to maintain it on a 14 day rota. Management amazed and I was given credit for sorting it out. They were paid to plan this, not me, them not earning their money. Intelligence comes in many forms, not just academic.

    Jesus, that lady using a drill to twist the wires... how much copper does one need for a light??? That's 6 times as much copper needed to run my ceiling fan with a light built into it.

    absolutely awesome. everyday folks performing seemingly mundane tasks at a genius level. just goes to show that there isn't anything that can't be mastered and turned into an art form with skill and inclination. deepest respects to all - wish I could pop by and watch them live!

    I totally agree about these ingenious methods for faster and/or more effective applications for the tasks at hand. But Yowch! Such back-breaking (and/or maybe other body part/s) exertions felt by these men and women!...no wonder some labourers resort to serious painkillers. But on sadder note- seeing those without any or enough safety gear.

    Not everyone needs to spend $200K to go to university so they can end up working as a waiter. These craftspeople are worth their weight in gold and they are well paid too. White collar, blue collar. Who cares anymore?

      Much of this was just standard construction practice. There were a few interesting things tho. Some of it was also just third world countries getting away with some crazy shit lol

      A bit more information about each item, with enough time to actually look at what you’re showing us, so we can compare with what we already know and see why it’s better. This one keeps making me go “wait! What? Show me that again…”. Fed up rewinding it, pausing it and now I’m done with it. Never got to the scene in the screenshot that attracted me in the first place!

      A another way to put is I don’t care for the way the narrator pronounces . . . You also need to remember, how I say something may be different from what you would say. What sounds odd to you, sounds fine to someone else. That why when I don’t know how to pronounce a word, I google and listen. I still mess up.

    7:51 And that is now a propane tank I do not want anywhere near my house. Any damage to a propane tank, can cause catastraphic failure, that could potentially result in death. Impressive skill, sure, BUT NOT WITH SOMETHING MEANT TO HOLD FLAMMIBLE GAS UNDER PRESSURE!!!

    There is very little here that is ingenious or unusual. Almost of it is just skilled work sped up. Even worse, some of what is done is dangerous or outright illegal.
    Slow it down to normal viewing speed and it is not impressive.

    2:00 After a couple of years, that carpet layer is going to wish he’d chosen a different career. That job will ruin his knees. They’ll be injured beyond repair in an even shorter time by working that fast and with so much force.
    6:30 I use that same technique (that the laminator is doing) when I cut foam, at work. It works perfectly.
    7:45 What an utter idiot! That’s an extremely serious work-safe issue! Those gas cylinders will need to be taken out of service, because he’s probably damaged all of them. He should be fired, charged with wilful neglect and made to pay for the replacement of all those cylinders. It doesn’t matter if he thinks they’re “empty”. Throwing them around can crack a weld, break off a handle, snap a valve or many other bits of damage. His neglect could (and may have) cause someone to be killed!

      They use the tar to adhere stone to the concrete roof. It is a standard construction technique.
