The tampax radiant tampons are the BOMB! Best tampons ever y’all...and I suggest y’all Forreal wear a tampon AND pad. I’ve also done that for the longest and it makes me feel more comfortable during school and such.
If you have a very heavy flow these aren’t the best, They expand in a weird shape that can make you leak. I would recommend Playtex or Kotex for a very heavy flow.

Hey sis, you helped take my hygiene from good to great and I am older than you, but wanted to inform you of TMAU disorder where people have odor that only some can smell but not all. It causes either a fishy or fecal smell in the person but that person can’t smell themselves. They become aware of their smell based off how other people react to them in public settings. omg i love the calgon body spray. i used the dove deep moisture body wash with a rag and when I got out of the shower I was super moisturized that I didn’t even have to put lotion on. and then I followed with the Calgon take me away morning glory body spray and I smelled good for so long. and the great thing is is that I didn’t even have to re-apply any throughout the day and i still smelled so strong. thank you Chloeeeee ✨✨
I personally don't like wearing tampons whatsoever so I only wear pads when on my period. But I HATE that I have to use the maxi ones because whenever I wear tights you can see it from my back. It looks like a damn diaper. But I just really hate tampons and just choose not to use them so I just deal with it.

I highly recommend the always infinity flex foam pads for anyone who hates wearing pads but can’t use tampons because they are so thin but they don’t leak. After a couple after putting it on you can’t even feel it anymore which is why they’re my favorite. I’ve even wore them overnight and they don’t leak!
I have the Jergen’s Cherry Almond lotion. When I use it, I also mix it with Vaseline. I only use it when I know I’ll be home all day tho cause the scent doesn’t last all day.

Here are some tips I have for when you get your period 1-stay away from spicy food -fizzy drinks and chocolate if you didn’t know this spicy food CAN cause sweat and odor so make sure u avoid eating spicy food 2-make sure you wear comfortable clothes I like to wear yoga pants every time I get my period , I don’t recommend wearing tight jeans 3-make sure you’re changing your pad every 2-3 hours bc if you don’t it can cause bad odor

Just to add, ladies please start using organic, unbleached pad brands such as honey pot, L. Organic, etc. they’re soo much healthier for your body, non toxic & help reduce cramps
I rewash. Rewipe. Use 2 long pads side by side . At night in day during the heavy times. I watch nature channels. Put my used pads in a bag. And spray the air with lavender fabreeze spray . I plug glade lavender oil warmer. I wear body spray. It helps to rewash twice a day. With bodywash. Thankyou chloe. I love this one period topic😗
A good way to stay dry down there is Vagisil! I use it all the time, especially now that the weather is getting warmer and sweating can’t be helped sometimes. It helps reduce odors and keeps the skin dry. However, if you can’t get it, I think the only difference between it and baby powder or Goldbond is that it’s specifically made for women!
