Ingredients:　for 12 pieces（4cm×6cm）
＜Cookie dough＞
150g Prepared Pancake Mix
70g unsalted butter
10g cocoa powder
1 tbsp milk
＜Ganache＞ 18cm×18cm mold
100g Milk chocolate
150g Black chocolate
150ml whipping cream
10g unsalted butter
Instructions:
1. Mix the pancake mix and cocoa powder in a bowl and add cold butter cut into 1cm cubes.
2. Rub your fingertips together to crush the butter and blend the flour and butter together to crumble a dough.
3. Add the milk, mix roughly, wrap in plastic wrap, and let rest in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes
　 Note : If you bake it right away, it will puff up, so let it rest a bit.
4. Place a layer of plastic wrap on a stand, place the dough on top, and place another layer of plastic wrap on top.
5. Roll out the cookie dough to a thickness of 3 mm and cut into 4 cm x 6 cm pieces.
6. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 10 minutes.
7. When the heat is removed, place it on a net to cool it down.
8. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place in a bowl.
9. Put the cream in another bowl and heat it in the 600W range for 1 minute.
10. When the cream is warm, pour it into a chocolate bowl and mix gently.
11. Add unsalted butter and mix further to dissolve.
12. Pour it into a tray with a parchment paper and harden it in the refrigerator. (2 hours or more)
13. When the raw chocolate is firm, cut it into pieces slightly smaller than the cookies.
　 Note : Raw chocolate can be cut cleanly by warming the knife.
14. Lightly trace the surface of the raw chocolate with a warm knife to melt the surface.
15. Place the cookie and glue it. Turn it over and glue the other side in the same way.
16. Decorate with a chocolate pen if you like, and you're done.
