no esp32 cam is a Wifi module capable of programming and has its own servor for configurations While
Arduino Uno is a microcontroller commonly used for making stuff like a line follower car which uses L293D motor driver and Ultrasonic sensor and these input values are processed by arduino Uno and they can be programmed
