1, Clear Cache
2. Force Stop
3. Shut Down your phone and leave it for 3 mins.
4. Then, open your phone

I also have the samsung A50 and same problem and i know if you restart it will work but,if you try to go out and in again it will be the same problem so you have to restart everytime...
This is the only solution till pubg mobile or Samsung will fix this bug
