It really drives home the quality of the SQ TC5 by showing the dirty jeans and then the cleaned jeans. Those were some really dirty stained jeans! I understand that dried paint stains and greasy oily stains are only gonna get so clean. I do landscaping and light car/truck mechanical work, I have jeans that get as dirty as in this video, I am replacing my LG front load washer with the tc5 SQ because I want to be able to soak these jeans in soapy water for 2 hours as a pre soak. Front load machines can’t soak. The lg front loader costs a little more than the tc5, so it was also expensive (7 years ago), now the bearing is gone. Hey there Jim! I couldn’t find your comment last time to tag you but glad you caught this video! The tc5 really is a game changer compared to other washers. Our Samsung we got in 2020 is slowly dying and it NEVER cleaned his work clothes like this washer! I think you’re going to really like it :) I have seen a presoak option that I’ve never tried 🤔 I’ll make a video next week with his shirts using it- I have no clue how long the wash is but even that- it beats the new washers 😂 Have a good rest of your day ☀️
Hard pass. One pair of jeans didn’t even go under. It blows my mind how SQ allows Maytag’s commercial home washer to perform better while costing $300-$400 less.
I didn’t know Maytag had a commercial washing machine! I need to watch a review 🤯 what I can say is that this washer has literally left our clothes super clean! I own a Samsung washer as well and trust me- my hubs work clothes specifically came out with the same stains and had to wash twice. It’s pretty good for us 😊
Your tub is supposed to lean,they all do. It's nick named " the Speed Queen lean" Also when the machine goes through its break in period, the tub will stop rotating, greatly improving agitation with large heavy loads. Also there is absolutely no comparison as far as suspension goes between the SQ and the Maytag. You definitely have the better built machine .@@Lovemyhomeee
@@michaelremillard2215I have been wondering if something was wrong with my Speed Queen. I’ve recently noticed it leans off to the right side and the drum is barely spinning. I’ve only had it 5 months. Everything washes and spins out normal. The Lean and barely there drum movement is normal?
A direct drive only applies to how the motor is connected to the transmission. It has nothing to do how the washer cleans! That has to do with the agitator, not the transmission.
Finally, someone who has put enough soap into the machine. Great washer! Wish I could have one in my apartment. The old school washers are the best.
The tide power pods are soooo good! 😊 I only use one for our clothes and 2 for work jeans/clothes 😊
But yes, this washer is pretty awesome 😎
Can you do a before and after with towels?

@@rhyliewold90 Make sure it's absolutely level. Do you mean the drum isn't rotating during agatiton?
That tub lean at 29:10 smh. I can also attest 100% that clothes will get better circulated and cleaner on a direct drive.
